The full menu

What your trucker hat bar includes — and what to add to it.

Every package ships as a complete station: product, patches, people, and the gear to run them. Here's the breakdown planners ask for before they route the contract.

The core hat bar

  • Cap sourcing. We stock Richardson 112 truckers as the house standard, with Flexfit and rope-brim styles available on request. You pick colorways from a swatch sheet during booking.
  • Patch wall curation. 24, 36, or 48 designs depending on tier — mixed leather, chenille, and woven so the wall photographs well and offers something for every guest.
  • Two-person pressing crew. One presser, one line host. The host manages picks and placement; the presser never leaves the machine. That split is why our lines don't stall.
  • Tables, racks & signage. Draped six-foot tables, tiered cap displays, and a printed menu board listing the patch options — the diner-menu look guests can order from at a glance.
  • Setup & teardown. Crew arrives roughly an hour before open and is out within 45 minutes of close.

Add-on stations

Turn the hat bar into a merch corner.

Live tee press

A second station pressing full-color designs onto Bella+Canvas 3001 tees while the hat line runs. Popular when a brand wants two giveaway lanes at one activation.

Tote & gear drop

The same patch wall works on canvas totes, duffels, and crossbody bags — a hit with guests who already have a favorite hat. Bags can carry two or three patches each.

Custom patch runs

Your logo, event date, or campaign line produced as a real embroidered or leather patch and mixed into the wall. Allow about three weeks from approved art.

What we need from your venue

Not much: roughly a 10×10 footprint, two six-foot tables (we bring them if the venue can't), and one standard 20-amp outlet within 25 feet. The presses are quiet — no compressor noise — so the bar sits comfortably next to a DJ, an awards stage, or a cocktail reception. Full details live in our space and power answer.

Who staffs it

Merch Troop crews, employed and trained by us — not gig-app fill-ins. Staffing is billed at $250 per hour on the schedule you approve, including setup and teardown time, and every quote itemizes it so procurement sees exactly where the hours go. Certificates of insurance and vendor paperwork are turned around quickly for hotel and convention venues.
