Up to 4 open hours, 36-patch wall. Covers a 250–400 person guest list comfortably once you account for guests who skip the hat.

The Full Wall · 400 caps

Conferences & festivals

Up to 6 open hours, 48-patch wall, plus a custom patch run with your artwork included. Built for multi-day booths and big fan events.

The anchors behind every quote

Staffed local packages start around $5,000. That's a real number for an Orange County, LA, or San Diego event — caps, patches, crew, gear, setup, and teardown in one line.
Crew time bills at $250 per hour across the schedule you approve, setup and teardown included, so extending the bar an extra hour is simple math instead of a renegotiation.
Travel is a flat $900 outside the OC/LA/SD core — that's the whole Las Vegas adder, not a per-mile meter.
Hat count is fixed on the quote. If you approve 200 caps, you're never billed for 240 because the line was popular. When the rack's empty, the bar's done — which is exactly how a budget should behave.

Custom patch runs and add-on stations (live tees, totes) are quoted as separate lines so you can cut or keep them without touching the core package.
